Hay ocasiones en nuestra vida que caer, 
llorar, meditar, exhalar, respirar 
y recoger lo único que tenemos 
nos alivia el dolor y nos ayuda 
a continuar nuestro camino.

Muchas ocasiones las más grandes derrotas 
nos impulsan alcanzar lo inalcanzable. 
Nos conducen a caminos que jamás imaginamos.

Mira a tu alrededor, siempre habrá alguien 
con peores situaciones que tu 
y continúan luchando hasta el final.

Si tienes que llorar, llora; si quieres gritar, grita; 
pero no dejes que el dolor te consuma, libera el dolor...
